Dear re-enactor friends,

I just wanted to touch base to confirm your encampment early  this Summer (see below calendar).  If this does not match your anticipated schedule please let me know.

I have also attached our standard information for your reference.  The registration and membership forms will be collected the Saturday morning of your encampment.

A couple usual reminders.....We will provide a waterline, portapotties, and wood.  Let me know if you need straw.  Please remember to remove the sod (about 8-10" down) for your fire pit so that it can be replaced when you are packing up on Sunday.  Pleasr also remember to only drive and park around the parimeter of the flattop to protect the reservoir underneath.  You are welcome to set up anytime on Friday or on Saturday morning, but your encampment must be completely set-up and all vehicles back in the parking lot by 10:00 am.  If you know the approximate time you may be arriving please let me know so I can pass that information onto security.

We generally advertise firing demonstrations at 11, 1, and 3 on Saturday and at 1 and 3 on Sunday.  For our website listing and promotion, if you have particular wording that you would like us to use to describe your encampment or the activities offered, please let me know.   Similarly, if you will be doing a demonstration in place of or in addition to the firing demonstations, please could you tell me that as well so we can advertise appropriately.

Also, it is not too early to book on our 2013 calendar.  Please let me know if we can add your group to our 2013 calendar.  Another reminder for the 2013 calendar will be sent at the usual time between late Nov and early January.
